Registrations for full session will not be prorated. If you plan to miss some classes, we recommend registering for drop ins. Registrations are non-transferable. Classes may be cancelled if a minimum of 6 registrants is not reached. Please register early and consider bringing a friend.
This slow-paced yoga class is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, emphasizing the fundamental principles of yoga – breath, movement, and relaxation. “OM-possible” is an ideal opportunity for our community members to enhance their physical and mental health, promoting flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. It provides a welcoming space for beginners, returnees, and those recovering from injuries.
Requirements:
Yoga mat
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Any props you would like to use during the practice (yoga blocks, straps, blankets, knee
pads, etc)
Instructor Bio
Dagmar is an experienced, well-known certified yoga teacher, who earned her first 200-hour certification from Moksha Yoga Amazonica in Peru in 2020. Since then, she’s been racking up certifications and experience. Her classes are safe
