This is a low-impact, high-energy dance class suitable for all ages. This class not only fosters physical fitness but also encourages social interaction and the creation of new connections within our community. It’s a fantastic opportunity for active older adults to engage in a modified dance routine, combining enjoyment with health benefits. As a Cuban-Canadian instructor, I’ve added many of my signature moves into these classes and I’ve tailored these sessions to be either seated or standing.
Registrations for full session will not be prorated. If you plan to miss some classes, we recommend registering for drop ins. Registrations are non-transferable. Classes may be cancelled if a minimum of 6 registrants is not reached. Please register early and consider bringing a friend.
