Yoga for all abilities!
Everyone is welcome! In this class postures are practiced in order to strengthen, align and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect a balance of ease of movement along with challenges to build confidence, balance, strength and stability. A variety of modifications will be offered throughout the class to accommodate a range of abilities. You will leave this class feeling refreshed, relaxed and more connected.
