Class Description: This slow-paced yoga class is designed to cater to individuals of all fitness levels, emphasizing the fundamental principles of yoga – breath, movement, and relaxation. “OM-possible” is an ideal opportunity for our community members to enhance their physical and mental health, promoting flexibility, strength, and stress reduction. It provides a welcoming space for beginners, returnees, and those recovering from injuries.
Requirements:
Yoga mat
A water bottle
Comfortable clothing
Any props you would like to use during the practice (yoga blocks, straps, blankets, knee
pads, etc)
Instructor Bio: Dagmar is an experienced, well-known certified yoga teacher, who earned her first 200-hour certification from Moksha Yoga Amazonica in Peru in 2020. Since then, she’s been racking up certifications and experience. Her classes are safe
a special focus on Trauma-informed yoga and Yoga for the Active Older Population. In
to yoga, sound healing, and meditation, Dagmar brings joy and happiness to the

As a good Cuban, I’m a passionate individual and put my heart and soul into every
deliver to the community. I love dancing, I’d like to think I’m a good golfer, and I enjoy
time with my partner and my dog, Spartacus (a Yorkie). Cooking, however, is not my
hobby! I am forever grateful to all the teachers who shaped my amazing journey. My
